Overview Of Our Homes
- Coastal Breeze Cabanas (7 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms) includes four truly separate units all under the same roof. Each of the four cabanas has their own kitchen, bedrooms, bathroom, and front door to enter and exit each cabana. This is the ideal way to vacation for groups looking to stay together but preferring a bit more privacy at the same time!
- Cashmere Coconut (4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms) has its own pool in the backyard but also includes access to all the Terra Cotta Terrace community perks such as a huge heated community swimming pool and saunas, newly resurfaced tennis counts, a volleyball court, and tons of overflow parking. If your group is an active bunch they will love the Cashmere Coconut!
- Mango Sun (6 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms) is an upscale, bright, newly constructed home that offers larger groups plenty of space. At the Mango Sun we can heat up the pool (a great perk if you're headed this way in the cooler months) so be sure to inquire about it!
